My case was settled through my auto insurance company since the person who hit me never was found. My question is there is an ERISA lien on my settlement and in the process of filing for bankruptcy protection chapter 13 due to the medical bills and want to know can I include the ERISA lien in my bankruptcy filings. I live in the state of CT.Lastely, the person who hit me was delivering pizza in a marked vehicle and the owner of the establish has not cooperated providing this person&#039;s name or his insurance info.
